Cotton.

In 1984 she enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves where she enjoyed 7 1/2 years of service to her country.  Valentine's Day 1987 she married Demetri Cotton her sweetheart from East Texas State.

She spent the next several years in service to the U.S. Government; with careers in the  Small Business Administration, Small Business Administration Disaster Assistance, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and several customer service oriented positions where she excelled.

Sister Cotton has always had a passion and love for music, singing, and caring for the elderly.  She also has a passion for visiting and caring for the sick and shut-in.  The character traits that becomes her the most are the ones that have molded her into the woman she is now “OUR FIRST LADY”.
